DAC-350 SYSTEM FUNCTIONS (MULTIPLE AXES)

Blade angle：Input thickness and material code,controller will adjust automatically.。
Blade gap：Input thickness, controller will adjust automatically.
Blade stroke：Input shearing length, controller will calculatedescending stroke.
Four materials：The thickness of steel plate, stainless plate, copper plate and aluminum plate can be calculated automatically from 0.1 to 99.9mm.
Hand wheel：Back gauge, blade gap and angle of upper blade can be fine-adjusted.
Total storage：1000 operations, One program can store 25 operations, one operation can be repeated for 9999 times.
Controllers calculate pressing pressure and the angle of upper blade according to different plate and thickness.

Programmable hydraulic circuit hydraulic guillotine shear, automatic adjust angle of blade, shearing gap by hydraulic cylinder. The shearred edge is bur_free and precise.
The value of thickness of plate is limited by controller to avoid overloading for holding down cylinder and hydraulic cylinder.
Machine body and blade base is made from SS400 steel plate,eliminate internal stress by annealing and assure rigid structure.
Overload safety device ensures machine and worker safety.
Back gauge is driven by AC servo motor and precision ball screw to shear accurately and precisely.
Back gauge linear slide is overhang by accurate guide.
Equipped with zero point test function.
Simple back gauge error calibration system.
Advance retreat function for thick sheet shearing to avoid collision.
Controller is free from electromagnetic interference.
*Automatic sheet support system provides extreme long plate's shearing and scrapeproof plastic device. Quick match for support and downward action. It also assures the precise and bur-free of shearing longer plates. (optional)
